"Our stay at the QT Hotel Queenstown was truly exceptional. It was our first time staying here, and we honestly felt like spoiled guests from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The team went above and beyond throughout our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised by the many thoughtful complimentary treats and gestures we received. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our experience memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and stylish, and the location offers stunning views of Queenstown. What really stood out, however, was the outstanding hospitality and attention to details . The Breakfast is really worth to try. Chefs makes everything delicious. Thank you to the entire team for making our first stay so special. We felt valued, appreciated, and thoroughly looked after. We will definitely be back and highly recommend QT Hotel Queenstown to anyone visiting Queenstown."

"We had a view over the city and lake, it was breathtaking. Room was big and comfortable. Unit had washing machine and dryer. Restaurant was excellent. Hot chocolate there is wicked."

"Check in was smooth and no complications. Couple of the facilities were not available at the time fitness center, and however, they gave a voucher to go to an alternative location if needed. Breakfast set up is quite organized and well presented options were good. laundry facilities was also kept up and no real wait for using any of the machines Location of the hotel, relatively close to the central business district on top of the hill. Expect a little workout going back-and-forth, which is only a five minute."

"It was such a lovely experience, Sudima Queenstown was such a great place to stay in. The location was perfect and whilst we didint get the room we originally booked for due to the maintenance in level 3, we still had a good time and got the rest we needed! Will definitely come back!! The staff were all lovely too!!"
