I loved the location. It is very convenient to restaurants, stores and the places to see in Downtown Quebec. Location is excellent. I did not like that there was no receptionist in the property. Bed was comfy and we had good sleep. Coffee maker did not work and the shower room got clogged because of too many hairs and I had to clean it .. it was easy to clean it though so when it was my friend’s turn to have s shower it was okay already. Room was small and we felt uncomfortable… If you’re always out during the day snd will just go home to sleep the place was good enough.

While no one was present when we arrived (or departed) instructions were clear.Location was excellent and the room was spacious and quiet. Lovely for a night in Old Québec.

Understandable how it can be hard to find a place for parking, the lady directed us to a parking lot about 4 minutes walk from the hotel, everything went perfect!

It's a great location for easy walking to chateau and old Quebec main area. It is an unmanned front desk and we booked last min through Expedia , but we called upon arrival and a gentleman answered the phone quickly and came right over with the keys. Parking is right around back very convenient but expensive $25/night. The room itself was very old/dated but beds were comfy and clean. We only stayed 12hrs so perfect for a quick visit/layover

The property is well located and near to all the major tourist attractions, there were no staff in the location but instruction were clear on where to park and how to access the hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with the basic necessities. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
