"Unfortunately, our experience started on a frustrating note. We arrived ready to check in and waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes before anyone returned to assist us. There was no sign, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay, which made for a poor first impression after a long day of travel.
We were also uncomfortable with several homeless individuals wandering through the lobby area during that time. While we understand hotels can’t control everything happening nearby, the lobby did not feel particularly secure or well-monitored.
The room itself was fine, but the lack of front desk coverage and the overall atmosphere in the lobby left us disappointed. I hope management can improve staffing and guest experience at check-in."
