"We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. Outdoor lania and pool area was perfect for dining, relaxing, swimming. Lots of sun. There is a construction project in the rear of the home...

"We, Mother and daughter) stayed for a month April into May. House is as pictured. Great location for walking to the beach, which we did daily. House was decently equipped for the month, would recommend some different kitchen dishes (not glass) and a few more utensils. Beds were decently comfortable and all bedrooms had a fan and tv. Staff kept their cool!
"Room was clean and mattress was firm. Air conditioning in our room was great! Breakfast was your typical continental. The air conditioning was out in the lobby, hallway, and breakfast area which was no fault of the hotel and it was a very hot week in Bonita Springs. The staff at front desk and breakfast area was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They kept their cool in spite of the heat and was always cheerful. Air conditioning company fixed the system the last night of our stay. We were glad for the staff!"
