"We had extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Rhey got home every night around 10 PM and kept us up almost every night. Their kids were running, jumping and very loud! We spoke to the front desk twice, but nothing was resolved. We finally resorted to banging on the ceiling. That is our only complaint, otherwise the property was beautiful, clean and well maintained."

"Staff was great at check in - friendly and personable. Room was ready earlier at 3pm so we were able to rest. Great location, close to tennis & golf club house. We walked in the evenings after dinner. The wind flow was great in the unit - we opened all windows, even at night. The only no so good thing is there's no door to the toilet in one of the bathrooms. It was a wide open bedroom, with sink, shower & toilet that has no door for privacy. The shower is also open which splashed water onto the floor, in front of sink. Need a door to toilet for privacy - even though we were husband & wife sharing room, I would still like to have a door. That was the only drawback of the unit."

"Good location on the north shore of Princeville. Easy to get from Lihue airport to Hanalei town where we ate most of our meals. The hosts are amazing, very helpful and nice to get to know. The room was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Large refrigerator, microwave and accessories. If you want to grill out there is a grill we did not use it. The gardens on the property are beautiful and relaxing. A little bistro table and chairs for a morning tea. The rooms are very private and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa, both very clean. If you are interested in sunrise shells ask Coral. I would definitely stay with them again."

"We had an amazing stay! When I messaged Jim about an early check-in, he responded within minutes to let us know our room was ready. Accessing the condo was simple using the lockbox, and having a designated parking spot just steps from the entrance was a huge plus. Jim provided plenty of beach towels and gear, along with thoughtful bathroom essentials under the sink in case you forget anything. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking essentials, and the air conditioning, a rare luxury in many local rental, kept us perfectly comfortable!The location is wonderful and surrounded by beautiful beaches, with Anini Beach being our absolute favorite. We were just a few minutes' drive from a small shopping plaza (where Foodland is located for groceries). The best part, however, was just across the street: a spectacular ocean view complete with benches where people gather each evening to watch the sunset. You can even see this beautiful view right from the front door! Thank you, Jim, for sharing your piece of heaven with us!"
