"We were 4 senior ladies who really enjoyed the proximity to the town centre. Close to IGA and great cafes for those of us in need of a serious coffee each morning. It was a great jumping off point for our various excursions. Kitchen was adequately equipped and the BBQ was easy to operate. It was very handy having a laundry too. All together a very pleasant stay."

"We stayed at Dunescape Beach house to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday with family. The property was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of spare for 7 of us and Marlu the dog loved the yard. Thanks Peter for the tip about the local golf course it was excellent!! We look forward to returning soon!"

"We loved everything about this house, and it was a perfect layout for our extended family to have a holiday together. There was so much space for everyone to socialise but also have time to chill out. The kangaroos hanging out in the late afternoon was an added bonus! Can’t wait to stay again!"

"Marmaduke is great property for dog owners and folk with small children who like secret stairs and passageways. The upper deck was lovely. The dog had a great time chosing which stairs to bring back his toys. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need, and sunsets were lovely."

"A group from our office stayed for a conference in Margaret River. The house was ideal, as was the location. Everyone had their own space and we were able to share space to work or socialise. Highly recommend."

"Beautiful view and facilities, but we were there in a heatwave - no aircon!! Obviously, the house was closed up. However, with fans and windows open (some VERY difficult to do) it soon cooled down. Strange that ALL cutlery, crockery and tools were on the upper floor only, a fact discovered only after stocking the downstairs fridge! Beautiful safe beach not far. A great stay."

"Great house, with two large double rooms and a room with bunk beds for the children. Well equipped with great balcony and lounge on roof top overlooking Gracetown. There was one misunderstanding with the booking, though the Manager was very responsive and fixed within minutes."

"Loved this house, had everything we needed, the pool table in the back room was great fun for the family after long days of exploring the MR area. Loved the decor, beautiful bed linen and comfy beds. So central could walk to dinner each night. Very roomy and very clean. Would definitely recommend this home."

"We had a great stay in Ocean View. Located a stone's throw from Surfer's Point allows for plenty of nice walks around the area. Had a couple of very hot days and nights and missed not having air conditioning in the property but otherwise it was excellent. Thanks very much for having us!"
