"Beautiful hotel, beautiful scenery and the most magical community. The half board with dinner is the best meal I’ve had in forever, highly recommend. Such a nice welcome and parting gift. The hotel and staff just truly care and are happy. Great beds. Beautiful rooms. We just loved it!"

"We love this property, the room, views from the room, the location, free parking, the restaurants & bars on site & especially the amazing staff! From check in to check out & all between, we had an amazing time & received top notch service. The staff was warm, friendly & gave so many great suggestions for things to do, see & where to eat. The gentlemen that runs the “Beer House” went above & beyond, he was so fun to chat with. The lady overseeing resort activities was also amazing. She made the activities so much fun. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, & the room itself comfortable & clean. The daily breakfast was plentiful & tasty. I highly recommend this resort for your stay in beautiful Porto Moniz & we personally can not wait to return. I will always choose Aqua Natura for our stay too! I can’t find one negative thing to say about this place."

"Personnel très avenant et sympathique. Un peu de difficulté à se faire comprendre car ils ne parlent que très peu anglais (surtout portugais) mais ils font de gros efforts. Très petit établissement mais en plein coeur de Porto Moniz donc c’est parfait pour nous."

"La route qui mène à l’hébergement est très abrupte. Il faut être habile surtout si vous n’avez pas l’habitude de conduire manuel !!Il ne faut surtout pas rencontrer d’autres véhicule lors de la montée ou de la descente. Nous n’avons pas pu partir de feu malgré un foyer sur place car le bois était trop humide et dur. Les instructions pour le four et les appareils n’ont jamais été trouvé malgré les échanges avec l’hôte. Le système électrique disjoncte si plusieurs appareils fonctionnent en même temps…L’hôte était disponible lors du séjour mais les réponses ont été longues à avoir entre la réservation et le séjour entre autres pour les questions sur le stationnement et je pense que l’information pour l’accès avec la route sillonnante et très abrupte devrait être soulignée… Malgré tout, la vue de cette maison est époustouflante et formidable et les levé de soleil dans la mer de notre terrasse indescriptible ! Malgré les petits imbroglios le souvenir de nos déjeuners sur la terrasse, les levés de soleil magiques et la vue sur Porto Moniz resteront gravés dans ma mémoire à jamais !!"
