“Good night's sleep and free breakfast!”

Hadn't been expecting a free breakfast too, but it was helpful. Everything was as one would expect, no complaints.

“I got what I paid for”

I didn't have any expectations of this motel as the reviews I read about this place were poor. But it wasn't bad at all. I chose this Super Eight because it was convenient. It's not a luxury hotel. But I was not disappointed. It was clean, and comfortable. I was offered a wake up call in the morning and the free shuttle to PDX left at the time the desk clerk said. I recommend this location highly.

“Great convenience to the Portland airport”

I have always had good experiences staying at Super 8. The prices are reasonable, the rooms are comfortable, and I like the continental breakfast that is available. The Super 8 in Portland was particularly good because it is only a 5 min drive from the airport and offers an airport shuttle, which runs every 1/2 hour - very convenient!

“Love Super 8”

The rooms are inexpensive, clean, and large. The service is great, including free shuttle service to and from airport and to the local shopping area/train station. Despite the claim that no breakfast is included, it was, complete with juice, coffee or tea, crumpets, cereal, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, and a few other tidbits. There is a microwave onsite as well, which they were nice enough to let me borrow. All in all a very comfortable stay.

“Great motel near the airport”

The bed was a little too firm, so docked for comfort. Airport transport took both of us to the airport and after I helped my parent get through security, I returned to the motel for 3 more hours of sleep before breakfast and driving home. Staff couldn't have been nicer to us. Prime service in a budget motel. Breakfast was quite good too- even though the only cold cereal was Raisin Bran. We always stay here when we fly out of Portland.

“good pet friedly hotel”

the staff was very helpful with information on direction. The price was good, easy access to airport, good places to eat close by, easy on and off to freeway. We had a dog and there was good area for them. I have a big pick up and parking was good. The breakfast was not as fancy as some but I found it enough, and the coffee and tea bar was open 24 hrs. I will stay there again if the need comes up . Most of the other motels had a weight limit on the dogs (25lbs.) mine was 35 and they would not budge. Thank you , I will stay here again the next time we need the airport or this end of the Portland area.

“electrical plug ins”

Not enough electrical plug-ins, wanted to hook up my computer at the table and had to strech the cable the cable all the way from the tv, the only outlet available.

“Safe and clean place to sleep.”

My only complaint was that I didn't like the smell of the stuff used to clean the room. I opened the window and let it air out for a couple of hours. It didn't bother my wife.
