"I was looking for a pool and more space for our annual Indian Pass teio. This house did not dissappoint. Amazing vista, spacious rooms and outdoor area. The pool.was perfect and easy access to the beachnfrom the houses boaedwalk. "

"We loved this house. It was clean and neat. We had plenty of room for our family to enjoy. We loved being directly on the beach and having the private pool. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager checked in with me every day by text. It was easy to stay in contact in case there were any problems. Thank you!"

"Dealt with an infestation of cockroaches trying to get in my groceries, spiders, crickets, fruit flies etc all week. Literally were talking dozens of instances. I have over a dozen photos. Was pre-charged an cleaning fee and stayed in a disgusting bug house, absolutely ridiculous. The extra fees with VRBO are out of hand, I payed like almost the same amount in extra fees as I did for my rent. The WiFi didn’t work for even a moment in 7 days, the dishes were filthy and the dishwasher also did not work. Pretty awful experience and for sure my last time doing short term rentals in someone’s home. Hotels at least take pride in giving you a clean room and working amenities. I was told by an exterminator that came by that he services 200 Vacasa rental properties in the area, and this home owner refused regular service. He had never been to that location even once. Why would I want to stay at someone’s property who doesn’t even take enough pride in it to keep it free of pests? Bad experience."

"From the outside, the property looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks of the neighboring properties, they would be well out of our price range. The interior photos were accurate and everything worked fine. Steps from the beach, which was practically our private beach, plus being a short drive from delicious restaurants, made this trip one of my best family vacations ever. Already looking forward to the next trip down to the area."

"The outdoor areas had very nice furniture. The inside was a little dated. The kitchen is well stocked, best I have seen before. The mattresses have seen better days. The pool was nice and we paid for it to be heated all five days but did not get that until day three and numerous calls. The maintenance guy working on another property came to our rescue and got the heat working. Overall, my family enjoyed being there!"

"House was well equipped and perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen stocked well with everything to cook. Master needs a new mattress, deep dip in bed. Other bedrooms excellent, porches awesome. Cant see the ocean but can hear it. Quick walk to beach 2-3 mins, boardwalk close. Communication was not stellar with Vacasa. Using Vacasa was the most unpleasant part of the experience. Texts, emails, and app messages just too many places to communicate and receive information and not get answered. If you are the homeowner, go with a different company. Vacasa is subpar!"

"Earliest check in is 5:00, not 4:59. Request for early check-in resulted in no response. Great property and would stay again. Maintenance came within a couple hours of calling to reset elevator. No other issues and really impressed with their response time! Overall an A🙂"
