Location, Location, Location...
We enjoyed our stay at The Hill Villa 2. The location was amazing - a quick trip down the hill into town or the beach. We have 3 kids ranging in age 5-11 and they didn't complain once about the hill. The view into the garden and across to 4 mile beach was spectacular. The pool, although not heated, was great for the kids and a beautiful pool to sit around even if you didn't want to swim. The Villa was spacious and had plenty of crockery, etc to enable us to eat at home. The only area of improvement would be the overall upkeep of the property. The important things (sheets, beds, towels, etc) were all beautifully clean but the villa itself is tired and needs an update (bathroom benchtops, window fittings, etc). We would definitely stay again though. Thank you for having us.

HOME AMONG THE PALM TREES
Beautiful location in a very quiet part of town close enough to the action and Main Street but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility. The property is one of 8 similar apartments in the block. Views south looking along the 4 four beach are beautiful. You do need a moderate level of fitness as the hill leading to the apartments is quite steep and there are several sets of stairs to climb.. no lift! Would NOT be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The apartment itself is very spacious with a large dining and entertaining area with extensive bifold doors leading out along the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and roomy. The pool is right outside the door and is well kept. The apartment is starting to look a little tired inside and to retain the “luxury” status probably requires a good refurbishment especially the bathrooms and kitchen area and the flooring which marks very easily. I wasn’t keen on the orange decor either but that’s personal taste. We spent 2 beautiful weeks here and loved the place and would stay again. Word of warning if you’d like to stay here book directly with the real estate agent because the booking fee imposed by Stayz is outrageous and an absolute rip off.. we we’re charged $640!!

We arrived on a beautiful sunny day, with all the doors opened. Magnificent views of the beach, put us straight into holiday mode. Very spacious apartment for 4 adults. Would stay again.
