"Our stay was more like an extreme storm-watching spectacle than a weekend away. Fortunately the 270 degree view of the bay from the upstairs living area meant you had front-row seats. Even with hail lashing the windows we were toasty inside, and the dolphins seemed to be enjoying the white caps. I’m sure it would be lovely to sit out on the balcony in calmer, sunnier times but that would have resulted in hypothermia. There are plenty of cosy couches and places to play games and relax. Beautiful...

"High quality house with unique appeal of the floor to ceiling windows providing views of Eucalypts and a secluded bay beyond. Regional trail that's great for hiking and jogging borders property. Nice area for wildlife viewing and as a staging point for exploring SE Tasmania. Clean and the check-in/out process was friendly, well-communicated and simple."

"We had a fantastic stay, I was looking to stay at a place to create family memories for my six grandchildren and this worked out perfectly! The close proximity to the beach which was a short walk along a bush track was the highlight the kids loved it. Also toasting marshmallows around the fire, and enjoying the musical instruments were a hit as well. It was relaxing, the house had everything we needed and had a lovely feel about it. We plan on going back in the future and will look forward to...

"Really loved the location, serenity and amenities at this property. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom & views over spectacular Pirates Bay - which was a real plus for our group of four couples. The lounge area was large and welcoming and the kitchen was well facilitated for self-catering. Direct beach access from the property was a bonus. The location was perfect for enjoying numerous bushwalks in the Tasman Peninsula area. We'll definitely be back."

"We only stayed for 2 nights and the weather/our travel plans prevented us exploring the area but Stones throw was a perfect spot to relax in front of the fire with family listening to the storms and winds battering the coastline. It has certainly left us with an invitation to return to this beautiful area for more than a couple nights. The home was just that, homely and warm with all you needed for a comfortable stay.
