"Lovely hotel and staff. Great location to National Mall. Only input has to do with the room design. They are trend focused but not sleep focused. The edges and design need a softening, curtain would be helpful —Our bed was stiff and pillows too large for sleeping. Thankfully, as soon as I thought to request smaller pillows in the early morning hours, the staff immediately provided them."

"Big win if you provided a complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby. Most people do not brew their coffee in their room. The coffee tray in the room that holds the cups, cream and sugar is never clean. When people travel, they do not want to be bothered with making coffee. Plus, many things taste better when someone else prepares it."

"It was good if you’re just trying to spend the night and get out of there. The hot tub was so filthy it was actually nauseating. the pool was nice and the staff seemed really great. The parking was like 50$ which is “the only option” according to the front desk staff, when we mentioned that we don’t want to do the valet they were insistent on how we need to make sure not to forget to do it. We parked right in front of the hotel, a little to the right of your looking on it straight on where there’s a 2hour parking but within a specific time. It was after that time already, and there just happened to be some police officers outside that we asked and they said that that was totally fine as long as the car was moved before the 2hours from the start time. (Just helping you save 50$, especially if you chose this hotel because it seemed affordable and then realised that it doesn’t have parking included)"
