Great staff, cold indoor pool but balanced by the hot tub. Booked king suite room for 4 but hideabed wasn’t made up and had to get comforter from the front desk. Couch mattress was awful and thin and springs but the kids didn’t complain. Adults wouldn’t like it.

Beautiful view of Polson bay nice and quiet. They were lacking a few things with the in-room amenities, Our room was equipped with a small stove and sink, however there were no pots and pans, plates, drink ware or any other utensils you might need to prepare and eat your food with if you were to decide to cook your own food instead of going out. But overall it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Our only issue was that the accessible room was said to have a shower, but instead had a tub with several grab bars, and an adjustable shower head. This made showering more difficult for me, with a physical disability because I still had to step over a tub side. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We called to make sure the pool was open before we booked. When we got to the pool there was poop in the pool. We told the front desk and they closed the pool down. The only reasons we went to the hotel was for a pool for our kids to swim. I feel we got ripped off and waisted money.

Red Lion was great,booking SUCKS!
Hotels.com has wrong pics up for rooms so its showing a room that sleeps 6 for rooms tht only sleep 4 so it screwed our stuff up because we had 7 people with us. But the hotel Manager at Red Lion is great and figured out a solution that worked for us.

The front desk staff knows me and welcomes me with a smile when I arrive. They have helped me with what I have needed. I stay here a lot for work and it is a great home away from home.

Mckenzie River Pizza company off the lobby. Full service restaurant/bar. Easy parking even for large trailers. Multiple grocery stores and a Walmart across the street. Clean modern rooms, half have a lake view.

There is a restaurant/bar just off the lobby that is very convenient. Fast food within walking distance if thats your thing. Shopping across the street. Half the rooms have lake views. Always friendly staff and clean rooms.

The location was convenient for business visits. However, my first night (10/10/2023) was terrible due to hardly getting any sleep/rest with all the loud commotion (people fighting and screaming) going on down by my room on the first floor at 3am and went on for like an hour (felt a whole lot longer than that), surprise the police wasn't called.

Beds too high, needed a suitcase to get up into bed and I am 5’7” and mattresses horribly soft and uncomfortable. Staff very nice. Did not sleep well during our stay. Potato chip crumbs (or something snack related) on sofa and a what appeared to be a dog treat on floor upon our arrival. Sofa stained and dated. Breakfast was good.
