Amazing experience staying at this resort. Staff was incredibly Friendly. Got a free upgrade because we were celebrating a bachelorette. Only criticism I have is that the beach was closed due to its conditions. As much as this is out of everyone’s control, it would’ve been nice to be advised before hand.

We loved the property but there is no beach! I know that Mother Nature can’t be controlled but I visit these resorts especially for beach time, maybe it should state that in the hotel details.

Facilities were great, rooms were nice and clean, food was always good. The only downside is that the beach at the resort is very rocky and unusable in my opinion. I would stay here again though. I had so much fun at the pool and going into the city.

The food was absolutely disgusting. Even the restaurants that required reservations had disgusting food. Most restaurants were closed during certain hours of the day, leaving the buffet as the only place to dine. When I arrived at the resort my rooftop room wasn’t available, so I had to spend the day in a cheaper room. When I did get placed in my correct room the AC was not working. Overall just a bad resort for the amount of money you pay. Would not recommend anyone booking at this resort.
