"Great house for hosting big groups. Very spacious and has entertainment options as well for communal spaces downstairs (pool, poker, etc). While we were only here one night before our trip at Pinehurst, the neighborhood was very nice. Generally speaking, this was a dreamhouse in 2001. While it's bit dated, it's a very comfortable rental. On a warm spring night, the AC worked great and it accommodated all of us! Frankly, as a bunch of guys who ordered pizza and had a few beers for one-night stay, it fit the bill! A few things I took small issue with if being nitpicky:1) We were told we could check in early, which we appreciated! There may have been a miscom with the cleaners who arrived while we were getting settled around the orig check-in time. Towels wet in the dryer still, dishes dirty in the dishwasher. The cleaners asked me which rooms need to be ready. When I replied "All of them please" because we have a group of 16, they scoffed as if that was a ridiculous request to have 10 or so rooms ready by which we paid for. 2) The Wifi password is slightly off as advertised, so given there is very spotty cell service at forest creek, it's something which can be stressful for newcomers coordinating dinner delivery for a group. We were able to figure it out with caps, but please revise signage for future groups.3) Cushions on upstairs deck were wet and/or dirty laying on ground making it un-useable. Perhaps storage for cushions with directions for retrieval or cover?"
