"Great location with very easy access to Sequoia NP. Three Rivers is a nice little town with several fun restaurants and coffee shops. The cabin was very clean and spacious with lots of nice updates. The host, Dusty, is extremely attentive. We especially appreciated the nice touch of a coffee and tea drawer for the keurig! Highly recommend!"

"This was a fun way to stay close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. You have to understand you are staying in an RV, not a hotel room. With that understood, it was wonderful. "We met up for the Jazz Festival. Although tucked away, this was a great place to stay, with easy access. my only reservation was the climbing up the steep stairs. ( being in the mountains, I should have known.) One of the group has cardiac problems so this was a bit difficult. Otherwise, everything was very clean and well organized. Virtually anything we needed was available. The views were unbelievable coffee on the porch was fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

Microwave, refrigerator, a basket of snacks, dishes,and coffee and tea, We were surprised by the quality of the place. The workmanship that was put into buildin was 5 star. It is located in a great area on the side of a hill with a nice view of the mountain across the canyon. I would highly recommend this place!!!"

"We loved the river, running through the back of the property. Grandson loved playing down there. The house was very nice. The furniture in the living room was somewhat sparse, but I understand. The queen bed unfortunately, was so uncomfortable. My daughter couldn't sleep in it. Thank goodness for the sofa and the trundle bed. I loved everything about the house except the cleaning fee which was outrageous. For $180 a day cleaning fee they should have cleaned all the bugs out of the lighting...

"This location is absolutely perfect for the area. It’s central to a lot of great dining/grocery/local spots and is just absolutely beautiful. The people running this are wonderful and amazing at being communicative in general. This was our first time renting via Vrbo and I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone. We will be returning to explore the area again and will hopefully be able to rent this property as well. "
