The hotel was clean and easily walkable to downtown Tempe and the ASU campus and stadium. The rooftop was especially nice!

I couldn't check in because the hotel had no reservation for me from Expedia.!!!!! Terrible experience. I will never use Expedia Again. And i will notify the BBB. I requested a full refund!!!!

Parking lot was full I needed to park in a public lot a block away, pay for it and have the hotel reimburse me. Inconvenient at best

I liked the location. Everything was close by and easily accessible. There was a rooftop party one of the days I stayed which was pretty cool but the elevators were trashed. Also WiFi issues but the guy at the front desk helped me out with that pretty quickly.

My wife accidentally put in the wrong date when making the reservation, the second the confirmation came, I called to correct it. They would not change the date without me paying double, it had been less than 5 minutes! I asked to speak to a supervisor, mostly because I couldn’t understand the broken English and the person was not even being reasonable or logical. She said Yes, then I hear the supervisor with the same accent and poor Engwish say Hang up, and she did.

The hotel itself is lovely, the amenities are fine. There’s a rooftop bar that plays music until 12-1a and the hotel backs up to a train track (I think I heard the train’s horn once a night). If you’re not on the fifth floor over the weekend, it’s probably negligible—and even if you are, it’s a great location for the Mill Ave scene.

This is a little awesome hotel in the ideal area of Mill Ave! It is totally walkable, and enjoyable! Plus you get student discounts if you go to ASU!

The hotel and property were nice. However, hotel staff refused to deal with a motorcycle club that continued to rev their motors throughout the night after multiple calls to the front desk. They were also racing up and down the parking lot as well. Our family got very little sleep.

It was a very modern and clean property. The bed was a touch uncomfortable but not a deal breaker. That said, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. That goes a long way.

I enjoyed the rooftop bar with beautiful views, however, the drinks were weak and the music was rap and hip-hop; not something all people enjoy while watching the sunset with a cocktail. The room was clean and set up nicely. I slept well in the comfortable bed. The refrigerators are quite small; you cannot put a wine bottle in standing up. Most of the staff were very friendly and said hello just passing by, but the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was a bit rude and unaccommodating. The pool was clean and a nice amenity, however right next to the parking lot and the light rail, as well as a few homeless nearby, however relaxing music was playing which was a distraction from all that. The location of the hotel to the airport was ideal and why we picked this location for our early morning flight.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel had a modern and youthful feel. We enjoyed our stay. A couple of weaknesses - no complementary breakfast and a toilet that didn't flush well.

Noisy! They are having roof top party and you hear/feel the noise in your room! The Airconditioning units are the noisiest you can imagine. The hotel itself is very nice and stylish, rooms are in good shape and clean ! Location is very convient for a stay close to the airport!

A very hip and new property but they seems to be working out some kinks. Only one elevator went to the 5th floor, where my room was, so it was a nuisance. There is a lovely roof top lounge that hosts lively (and loud) parties in the evening- kept me up. Also, room was not adequately serviced over my 5 day stay. Clean, modern and new though, decent location and good price / I would consider staying there again!
