"We had a wonderful time! We had excellent service from the butler service, the bartenders and entertainment staff! The entertainment was better than any other place we have stayed. The pools and giant hot tub were wonderful! There was room for improvement on cleanliness and the beach was not the same as in Cancun. Overall, it was a great stay!"

"We were there 2 years ago, and the property did meet the standards from last time. It was not maintained as well. The hotel was largely unoccupied. Because of this they were operating on a reduced staff. Many of the bars were closed and not being used, making the property feel abandoned. The food selection in the buffet was extremely limited. Large portions of the dining hall were closed off and not used. There were no food options that my kids would eat. Ultimately, we decided to check out a few days early and salvage our vacation somewhere else."
