Welcome to Settler's Cottage, a quiet space situated just a 10-minute drive away from the vibrant heart of Fremantle. Discover a city blending riverside tranquility, sunny beaches, lively markets, and captivating art galleries. Dive into diverse dining experiences with charming cafes and unique shops.

Enjoy a comfortable queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, and relaxing chairs to sit back and enjoy your favourite TV show. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a large workbench, oven and stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster, and complimentary coffee and tea provisions. Make yourself at home at the dining table to enjoy your meal or relax at the table on the wide verandah overlooking the spacious garden.

For your convenience, all necessary linens and towels are provided, alongside access to free WiFi and free parking. There is a washing machine and outdoor clothing line for your laundry requirements.

Pets are considered upon requested.

A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required upon booking, returned within 7 days after departure pending the property's condition.

Comfortable cottage
The cottage was warm and cosy. Most necessities were provided, although some more cutlery would be useful ie more than one teaspoon and two knives. For our stay, which we extended from our initial booking, I would have liked a larger bed. Although comfortable, it was only a double size. Overall, the accommodation suited us, having space for two cars in the driveway was also useful for our stay.

Cozy place close to everything
We stayed here because my wife had to have open heart surgery at FSH. This place was ideal as it is only 10 minutes away from the hospital. It is also close to shops cafes and Fremantle. The accommodation is cozy and has been well planned out. The only thing it could do with is an air conditioner as the end of the unit faces north and because it is just one long room it gets quite hot during the day. But all I all very nice place to stay. Would have no problem recommending it to friends and family.
