The breakfast, pools and mini golf were great. Room was nice too. Some staff were not friendly like at checkin, the cafe and mini golf.

Hotel surroundings are beautiful, parking is plentiful but hotel requires a little bit of upgrade especially in its pool area. Rooms are okay but very basic. It would be nice if help is provided to transport luggage to room (we had plenty of luggage and two young children and had to do it all by ourselves after a very long flight).

A very enjoyable stay
Our stay was very pleasant. Room clean and tidy, although a little outdated. However, it was more than accommodating. The front reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool areas are lovely and well shaded.

We were given a ground floor room right at the back of the property with a view into the car park and a shopping container used to store linen. (141) Our neighbours screamed and shouted into all hours of the night as their party clearly continuing their drinking and festivities in their room. The salad served at the vines cafe was hot wilted and unsafe to consume. The pool area offered minimal shade and very limited deck chairs or seating. In room WiFi is slow and intermittent. Will not return! Breakfast buffet was the only positive experience.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern with confortable beds and pillows. The staff were attentive and accommodating and the food was delicuous.

My friends bought me a birthday cake and i rang the reception requested for their staff to bring a knife, plates and forks to our room. The replied was adamant. I will need to go down to the cafe and bring it up myself. I asked shouldnt your staff bring the utensils up. The reception said i will transfer your call to the cafe but when i asked will they bring it up and his replied was im not sure. This is not room service. It is self service. As usual, the phone rang out. I have no choice but to went downstair to get the utensils for my birthday cake. Evening was the same where i was trying to order a food room service and the scan code was not working at all. I rang the reception to ask for assistance but was abruptly transfer to the cafe which dont even pick up their phone. I have no choice but to bring both of my kids 4 and 8 years old down to the cafe for dinner. The queue was long, i have waited 15 mins to order plus food waiting time was 40 mins. I will never come back again

The property was beautiful and green, as it is part of a golf course. Kangaroos next to the rooms, really lovely to open the curtains and there they are. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Other than the roundabout which i had to drive to park nearer to my room when checking in, there is practically nothing to complain. excellent room, staff was very friendly and overall would stay here again when next in swan valley
