"Dear Management, I had to write to compliment the staff from prior to my arrival as well as during my stay during May 31-June4. Prior to my arrival I spoke with Karina and Kell regarding my reservation. Due to my physical condition, I wanted to ensure I had the proper unit reserved. Both were so helpful!!! Another time I called and spoke with Jelanie. She too was sooo kind! I shared I was coming for a funeral for my best friend’s husband and that my friend would be staying with me at the hotel. She was so empathetic!!! We also had the option of meeting of meeting Anita. Thank you so much! I will be making a reservation for another week in the upcoming future."
