"This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. "It's safe to say that the while the photos are gorgeous, the truth is even better! The house has a lovely, welcoming feel and has so many considerate touches. We had purchased food and supplies for our 3 days on Bruney Island and thanks to the hosts, all of the cooking and food prep supplies were there and easy to find. "A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. We'd definitely stay here again! "

"This property is special. The house (B) is uniquely decorated. I have never seen such attention to detail in house interior design. It was warm and spacious and easily walkable to town. Would stay again and recommend it to others. The breakfast was also very good. "

"Jane Cottage is perfect home stay accommodation . A very cute 1855 stone cottage with a very adequate extension for 2 people. But it has some lovely personalised and quirky little additions that make it unique . It was a just around the corner to a classy bottle shop and heaps of all types of eating and drinking places . It only took us around 25 minutes to walk down to the waterfront straight down Elizabeth St. Bed was extremely comfortable and had a beautiful little courtyard to look out too...

"The house is close to the Sandy Bay shops and restaurants and many of Hobart's iconic places. It has everything you need. For us, the bed was a little too firm but our son found the bed in the second bedroom very comfortable, so a matter of personal taste. The host was very accommodating."

"The host was very welcoming and explained everything to us as we were guided to our accomodation. What a lovely surprise, a deck to view the rolling hills and river from, step inside this 1840 exquisite building and first thing that greets you is a cask of port with enough in it for 6 tipples sitting on that lovely deck (which also has a bbq btw). The bed was amazingly comfortable and the area is very peaceful. The host also suppies the many books he has written and published and he has copies...
