“Great pool area!”

The pool area was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable with very nice surroundings. The temperature of the pool was perfect - you could walk right in without being cold. The hot tub was hot! - but felt great. The room was fine - the walls are thin - you can hear hallway traffic pretty well. We are going back during spring break just to enjoy the pool!

“A very nice and comfy place too stay.”

We were really impressed by the look of the hotel. It was very clean and so close to everything!!!! The staff were really nice(they even sent us a thank you card) I was shocked I have never stayed anywhere that they sent a thank you card!!! The rooms were very clean and provided a microwave, coffee maker and fridge!!!! We would stay here again no questions asked!!! And the free breakfast was wonderful!!!!!

“Wish I could have stayed longer!”

Wonderful place! I was so comfy and relaxed. They helped me with everything, including how to use their free wireless internet. Their indoor pool had a bit too much clorine in it but the sauna was great. If you stay there you MUST try their complimentary waffles! YUM!!! Plus its right next to a Red Lobster, could it get any better?

“convenient hotel in Parkersburg”

hotel was in ideal location to where we had to go in Parkersburg. Staff was very helpful and rooms were sufficient to what we needed. having breakfast included in price and available prior to starting day was an added bonus, and breakfast staff was there to make sure all was in order.

“Normal Comfort Inn”

It is a Comfort Inn what else is there to say. Location has a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, but as with the rest of the building it is in need of renovation.

“Staff”

I think the hotel is comfortable, clean and in a great location. Part of the staff could be taught a little more about how to treat the customer. The first day I was there, my room was Not taken care of and we were not given clean towels. When taking my children with me, that is a huge oversight on the Staff's part. We did not put up a sign for no service/do not disturb, wich was what I was asked when I took the used towels down to get clean ones. The gentleman at the desk acted like I had to put a sign up or they saw the one next door to mine and was confused. I feel he could have at least acted concerned even if he was not. I wanted them To know there is no reason to skip rooms just because you have someone staying more then one day. The following day, a received a phone call to ask if I wanted someone to take care of my room. I let them know, yes I wanted towels And I wanted trash removed. I travel a lot, normally my room is taken care of in the morning at every hotel. If You are going to limit clean rooms, trash dumped or clean towels...location or upkeep of the hotel won't matter. I say, just hire and train people who want to work in a hotel.

“Average”

Pretty basic amenities. I'm not a big fan of the sink/mirror/lights being right in the main room. Also, we wish there was a closet with doors in the room b/c we stayed for 1 week and it would have been nice to be able to put things away.

“Okay if you like Febreeze”

It looked like a fine hotel but when my husband got to the room it smelled of some sort of air freshener. We checked with the desk and they spray all they're rooms with Febreeze. We hate that kind of stuff and couldn't say there.
