"We had a fantastic week staying in Giles and Christiane’s chalet just below Les Arcs. The chalet is very well equipped for 8 people with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and a very nice communal kitchen, dining area and lounge area. The utility room downstairs with washing machine and dryer, plus heated boot rack was an absolute bonus enabling us to have warm and dry boots each day. Communication with Giles and Christiane was very easy and clear and it was nice to meet them on arrival."

"Appartement tout en longueur, acces direct commerces et 100m front de neige. Bien équipé, petit balcon pour les skis. Isolation phonique plutot bonne a priori. Un peu petit pour 6, nécessite de ranger un lit tirroir pour installer la table. Location possible pour qqes jours (pas forcément à la semaine). Depose minute possible, ascenseur. Bref très bien pour ce qu'on cherchait."

"Just 4 of us staying after booking last minute for skiing. Short walk uphill to Grizzly lift made it easy to get on/off the slopes. Not far from shops of both peisey and vallandry. Quiet location. Locker room good, showers good, well equipped kitchen, separate dining and sofa areas. Would be a tight squeeze for 8 or 10, but perfect for what we needed. Alpine essence who run the properties were excellent."

"When you book the place, you will be emailed a 100-item inventory check list. That should have made us suspicious but we were naive thinking it is just a formality. The next morning after the check-out I received an angry email from the owner accusing us of stealing 3 frying pans, a table runner, a vase and a deco-penguin! Sounds ridiculous but the owner believes someone who just paid for a week of stay would steal used frying pans. I'm not sure what happened on the other side and what went...

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."

"We were charged 200 euros to fix a broken lock which wasn't our fault. At the time, the owner told us she would pay and then later deducted the amount from our deposit. Apartment has plenty of room but is a bit dated and cluttered."

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."
