The location is a couple blocks from Centro. A quick taxi ride to Centro so the location is great and was quiet. We required a change from our original booking and the staff helped with this in a very professional manner.

The property is ok to where it is located. Parking is horrendous. Requested one room with two beds. After I paid it turned out that the room had one bed. Forced to rent two rooms. Much better properties in town.

Lamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nuestro estacionamiento, lo estamos remodelando y por unos meses estará inhabilitado, le pedimos una disculpa por no haberle notificado a tiempo. Respecto a su habitación tenemos en nuestro registro que ocupó la habitación 205 que tiene 2 camas matrimoniales y que en su estancia rentó una sola habitación. Sin embargo vamos a verificar si hubo algún malentendido ya que para nosotros es muy importe que nuestros clientes queden satisfechos con nuestro servicio y obtengan lo que reservaron.

Excelentemente muy bien, mejor de lo que esperaba tal y como están las fotos, el hotel cómodo, limpio y muy buena ubicación además cuenta con estacionamiento, la chica que nos recibió muy amable, lo recomiendo 100%

Partiendo de que Paracho es una localidad pequeña, este hotel cuenta con lo necesario, buena ubicación, así como instalaciones limpias y acogedoras.
