We stayed here for Coachella weekend 2. By the time we were looking to book our stay, there weren’t many options and this was one of two options that was convenient, affordable and of quality. I did have a incident, I accidentally cancelled my stay through experience thinking it was a different booking. I reached out within 5 minutes to try and resolve the mistake but they Tommy Bahama refused to rebook or refund me, even though we rebooked with them. Although it was a great stay, they are very strict with their policies and will not work with you.

Restaurant service needs major improvement. We had dinner and breakfast 3 times and service was terrible. Prior to our recent stay, restaurant service was great. Rooms should have more towels on hand. Pool service was exceptional. Elvia, Angel and Albert provided excellent service.

The one star is because the pool is too small and there are not enough lounge chairs. We stayed two nights and both days we could not get a lounge chair. The rooms are also terrible. There is no dresser, and no counter in the bathroom. The toilet is also in the middle of the floor which was extremely odd.
