We enjoyed our stay overall. But we had to change rooms after 2 nights because they had carpet cleaners coming in to clean all the rooms in our building. Isn’t that usually scheduled ahead of time? It was inconvenient to pack up and move to a different room in a different building. I asked for a discount or a free breakfast for our troubles, but the “supervisor” Shelly just passed the buck, and walked away. She was not someone I’d like to deal with again. I requested a discount again the next day at check out and again, Shelly just walked away.

Room was very old and every board squeaked along with the bed and could hear every person walking along the hallway upstairs the entire night and hot tub and a pool were closed.

The rooms are better than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, having to walk through the incredibly smoky, depressing casino to get to the hotel check in desk was a real bummer.

Hotel reception is inside the rancid, smoke-filled main casino. Pool was closed the entire time. Clerk couldn't tell whether the room was ready or not (isn't that what computers are for?), and we had to wait 20 minutes for the housekeeping staff to return her call (?!?). Demanded ID from my second guest, who had nothing to do with the reservation or billing (which was entirely under my name and credit card). No refrigerator, microwave or coffee machine (you need to pay $20 per night extra for that). Second-rate property at best, only suitable for bed-and-shower one-night stays.

All staff that I interacted with were very professional, helpful and welcoming…. Sheets were crisp and white, and the towels were white and soft…! I would stay here again…!

Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel registration is inconvenient and not very well marked. You have to walk through the whole casino filled with smokers to get to registration. The outside walkways are decorated nicely with wagons, BUT the rooms are horrible. The carpet was moist and mushy, like water damage. It was also very stained and disgusting. The desks and tables were very old, paint peeling, etc. The shower curtain was so old it was yellow and crusty. The bathroom is in pretty rough shape as well. No WIFI information. No microwave or fridge. I understand it’s cheaper but for $70 bucks, the least it could be is CLEAN. Major “minor” changes could include new shower curtain, new carpet and better bedding. That would significantly help. Also, if you are on the ground floor, be prepared to hear a heard of elephants above you.

One of the worst experiences for me and my friends. We booked two rooms with 2 queen beds. Multiple issues during our visit. Broken shower, broken toilet flush and unwilling to fix both and also unwilling to move us to a different room. We ran out of toilet paper and receptionist did not give us toilet paper and we were asked to use the restroom in the casino hall.

Clean, cozy little motel. Liked the little walk from room to little buffet. Staff friendly. No need to have to leave property for anything. Just a nice budget motel. Would stay again.

Upon check in the lady was very slow and not friendly. Very blah. The other lady was barefoot and kinda rude. The room was ok very outdated. Too much bleach on the sheets that's all I smelled all night. We were getting ready to leave we just needed like 10 more minutes and the lady knocked on the door and said are you guys leaving or what? Really not very nice. I come here often but won't stay here again.

The Casino was smokier than most. The buffet food was good. The areception staff was kind, friendly and tried to be helpful. We were there (2 rooms) for 7days/6nites Our room was given fresh towels twice. This hotel gives only bar soap. Bring your own shampoo, etc. My sisters room NEVER GOT TOWELS,TOULET PAPER, COFFEE, ETC. I went daily to The reception area and inquired. They were very sweet, put notes in the computer and gave me towels, etc. for her room. On our checkout day, we insisted on talking to a manager. BOTH Gigi & Clay, the Housekeeping Mgr and "General Manager" finally came and listened for about 2minutes. Clay left almost immediately saying she was pulled from a meeting she had to return too. Gigi stood thete with her arms folded like she couldn't/wouldn't be bothered. There were 3 other guests there at checkout complaining of this and chargesvto their credit cards. They DO NOT/WILL MOT ACCEPT CASH AS PAYMENT FOR HOTEL STAY. BUYER BEWARE. I've contacted my credit card company & told them exactly what should be charged. Honestly, their website needs to be update regarding several things.....

The only thing was that house keeping does not make the bed or provide towels on a daily basis. I didn’t see a sign to call for this on a daily basis. I had a problem with the TV but they came quickly and resolved that issue right away.
