"This hotel is severely outdated, nowhere near handicap, accessible rooms were dirty, covered in sand whenever we walked in the first day the first night the TV didn’t work in our bedroom come to find out there’s also no air conditioners in the bedrooms. We left early from our stay and the hotel refused to refund us The rooms were terribly hot at night and then the hotel told me that TV is complementary so they had no reason to fix our TV first night. We were there also when the TV didn’t work the lady at the desk said that she would try to switch our rooms in the morning went to go try to do it in the morning. The owner told me that there was nothing we could do. Owner was also very rude. Whenever I was saying, I was not happy and very uncomfortable with our stay."
