The bed mattress needs to be changed, was like sleeping on a bed from day one. The shower 🚿 leaked, noticed staff and they ok. Wow 😳

The staff were really helpful. I requested a top floor so I could have a better sleep since I was going to spend only 4 hours sleeping before heading to the airport. The problem was the guests walking on the hallway like they were at the parks in the middle of the day. I only slept 2 hours.

You need to update your elevator, makes horrible noises and the interior looked dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful, very nice people that seem to like their jobs. The pool was nice also.

I like the property and how clean it was. I didn’t like that there was 2 doors to the bathroom and they didn’t close properly and left a gap.

Found the hall needed vacuuming, room furniture needed to be wiped down of dust! Air conditioner was very noisy and close by room had a party until 1:00 am. We didn’t get much sleep! Location to Orlando airport is great!

Check in was very slow but could be not enough workers on. Elevator made weird noise and hot tub had cold water in it and no signs let people know that it was not working and pool was dirty too. Room was nice but smelled weird with air on.

The room was dirty and had blood in the bathroom on the walls and in the shower. We were not able to use the bathroom during our one night stay due to this. Also, the back elevator closed on my shoulder and back as it is in very poor condition. Unsafe and dirty.

The staff were extremely courteous checking us in. The carpet in the hallway looked fairly new but also looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or cleaned since being installed. Bring your own bath soap, the tiny sliver they provide is more like wax than soap. The hot water is luke warm at best and the beds are not very comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is dated and needs a renovation. For example, our bathroom sink has cracks in it and the shower knob falls off.

Elevator wasn’t working on our floor, so had to use the stairs. Bathroom sink did not drain and had disgusting gunk floating in it from the drain. Beds were sunken in the middle. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Very clean room and comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others. Very convenient to airport. Nice pool & patio area. Free breakfast. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Stayed there because I had an early morning flight. People across the hall had their music blaring. Staff would not ask people to turn down music. They moved us to another room but same problem on other floor. I felt instead of moving us, they should have asked people to turn down volume.
