Stayed for 5 days. After the 2nd day had to asked for housekeeping which never showed up till day 4 of 5. They said we were scheduled on day 2 but never came. Had to call and go to front desk multiple days for towels and toilet paper. Also had to take the trash out myself.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The kids loved the pool. They also loved the mickey mouse waffles. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. We just used uber to the parks. Transportation to the parks provided by hotel is limited.

Very nice family hotel. Safe and clean, great staff: everyone was wonderful. Breakfast was pretty terrific. Nice pool, grills and fire pits, wow. Small suite room set up was really nice too. The grill from next door was very good too. Even though it was off Disney the Hilton quality really showed through.

This place is very nice stay for my boyfriend and I. We got free shuttle to most of the Walt Disney parks, and if it doesn’t go there directly, you can always take transportation within to get anywhere. They also have free breakfast which is amazing for people that are heading in earlier. The rooms were spacious and has everything we need. There’s also a heated pool which feels great after walking all day. We were also able to walk to Walgreens, target, and restaurants that’s in the same plaza as the hotel.

Was really happy with our stay here. The only complaint was that our room didn’t have a tub and with two young children it was a bit of a headache. However that’s on us for not checking beforehand. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay here.

What we loved: -We loved the proximity to Disney. SO easy to drive to the parks. We have always stayed on Disney properties in the past & loved the transportation but I think we matched or even did better on timing to the parks b/c we were not doing the hurry up & wait for a bus/ferry. -The pool & water slide were awesome. The water was a comfortable temp. We found lounge chairs every time we went (even when taking mid-day park breaks). The hotel provides towels. -The breakfast was a hit every day w/my kids. Mickey waffles gallore. They also had omletts, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg bowls, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and bananas or oranges. -Small Target right across the street! What we wished was different: -I assume the bedding was stanard for a Home2 Suites. I just wish that you could sleep knowing that the coverlet wasn't going to fall off. We ended up needing to have a few extra blankets for the bed next to the AC unit but the hotel was able to accommodate. -Warning to anyone sleeping 4 , the sofa bed was TERRIBLE (it was squeeky with any movement and very uncomfortable)! We will be traveling with an airmattress moving forward. Way too many horrible experiences with sofa beds. -The wall paper in the bathroom has seen better days but overall the room was clean. -You need to request room cleaning everyday! Do that upon check-in.
