I like the fact that descriptions on the website match the actual image of the property. Excellent for nonsmoking, cleanliness, for example the floor appeared clean, and I tested it by wiping the floor with tissue and it was indeed clean. I also rated it excellent for the quietness, friendly staff with the exception of the stairs there was no elevator option for my guest. But as for me it was fine. I will stay again if I need to.

Amazing stay as always! This was our 4th time at this property the grounds are stunning so well maintained. The staff is friendly and kind and we always have everything we need! Great trip! See you next year!

The room was bigger than we had anticipated with a full kitchen and equipped with all things needed to cook a meal.It was extremely clean and comfortable. Be aware that they will put a $200 hold on your CC as a deposit when you check in. We had booked and paid online so this was a surprise to us. Also, there is a $45 charge for resort fees that was not specified on Expedia when booking. We had a long wait when we arrived to check in because of only one person at the front desk helping another guest, but then another person came from the office to answer the phone and then proceeded to help us. For that I would give them a 3 star. Overall we were happy with the accommodations and the location was perfect for our needs.
