Front desk was very helpful in extending our day Housekeepers were very nice when walking by asking if we needed more trash bags etc My only complaints are the floor was dirty nothing a quick sweep and mop can’t fix Also the bathrooms were a bit dated and could’ve used a stopper so my son can bathe Another than that enjoyed my stay also if you need to get food delivered they usually deliver in the area within 15 min

You get what you pay for..so I didn't expect much. Staff was very pleasant !! They did come in and make the beds dailey and change our towels. Motel was right by the freeway, but surprisingly quiet in the room. Sheets and towels were stained, but clean. The sink was cracked, a lamp was broke - but it was low $$. Those things all come with paying less. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Juices and buscuit gravy were watered down - so much to just be nasty.

When we checked into the room the AC wasn't working right. When i called the front desk they was quick to change our room with no problem.

Mardi Gras
Stopping thru for Mardi Gras for a quick change and nap. Place needs a lot of upgrades. Shower head so filthy needs to just be thrown away. Towels with holes sheets with stains. Used soap found on floor. Bed way too bouncy and stiff. Overall I would stay again.

We have been going there for a few years now. It's convenient and we just need a place for a night sleep. It looked like they recently refurbished the room. Fresh paint job, large screen TV w/Dish network. The floor was gritty, the bathtub could have been cleaned better. The toilet seat was annoying, it was too small for the toilet. It sat on the bowel crookedly, it would swivel side to side when you sat on it. The sink was like the construction people cleaned it. It looked new but had some brown material ion the side away from the actual sink. Out of curiosity, I wet a wash rag and was able to scrub one mostly away. The top of the backsplash was filthy. It almost looked totally black. I used the wash with the same cloth and wiped it. Now it is white for about six inches. Someone needs to check the room after the maid is done and sweep and mop periodically. The gritty floor is in most rooms we have stayed in over the years. We got there early for check in, which we have done about half the times before. They told me, my room is ready but she would have to charge me $10.00 if I wanted to check in. They are a low priced motel and now want to gouge for extra money. If you going to charge extra' put it on your web site.

Please go to Fees and Policies where it has been posted for the last 3 years. As you were trying to check in before noon, yes an early check in fee will be charged. We tried to accommodate your family at the best of our ability, however, we can not allow you to stay until 2:30pm without extra charges being applied. The shower was like walking on a waterbed due to the liner being filled with water. There were blood stains. The nasty comforter smelled musty, sheets were dingy and brownish.

During your 5 night stay with us we do not have any records of housekeeping request or complaints. You did have a dog in your room which did not allow housekeeping services unless requested. It is a dated hotel but pretty well maintained. We have been going there for a couple of years now and are pleased with the hotel. I have been in hotels in the area that cost twice as much and are not as good. The front staff is always great. The few problems we have had are resolved right a way. One complaint is, the maid hadn't done her usual good job, nothing too terrible. Once, part of the floor was sticky and she was quick to come and mop it.

The price was good, & the staff was very friendly & helpful, but the room was not clean & the toilet leaked water all along the tub. One washcloth was a little stained & the other washcloth was terribly stained. One bath towel had 2 large holes. The lavatory was dirty. All the stainless accessories were rusted. The floor was gritty. There are 3 different colors of tile above the tub from repairs. The bathroom door needs repair. The room has a musty odor. The painter didn’t use painter’s tape. With some repair & some TLC, this could be a nice property.
