We were immediately greeted by the front desk host. My little girl mentioned we were going to Disneyland for her birthday and they upgraded our room so we could view the fireworks from our room as well as have her a goodie bag with a hat, keychain and autograph book! Very thoughtful The hotel was nice, the room had been upgraded, although the bathroom could use an upgrade next. Overall we had a great experience and was close to Disneyland

The hotel was a perfect distance from Disneyland and we only paid around $7-10 base price for Uber. There's no more shuttle service due to the shuttles shutting down. I'd say the hotel is a good budget friendly one if you want a little bit of a higher end motel experience. Unfortunately breakfast was difficult as the grab and go table was never open due to not having staff, we had to eat at the parks for breakfast since we decided to wake up early to beat the lines. Definitely come prepared with your own breakfast or pay the extra $19+ per person for the restaurant's buffet breakfast. Otherwise everything was decent, beds were comfortable. Very loud around 9:30 though due to the fireworks.

The hotel was great! Wpuld have loved to stay here again howvever a hot shower is a must for our family and by the late night the later for the showers were room temp at best. But wverything else as great. The staff especial at the restaurant/bar were wonderful.

The only breakfast offered was buffet style and everything was hot and freshly cooked.be careful when booking to get free breakfast as I had to pay. TV viewing is limited with no cable. The staff were all helpful and the service was good.

Pool and spa were clean and there was plenty of seating. Housekeeping did amazing, however we noticed we only had hand towels for half our stay. Other than that the stay was perfect, the room was clean with plenty of room and the A/C was working perfect for the hot days. Check in and out was quick and convenient and did i mention pool and spa are open 24 hours, how amazing is that for after a long day at the parks! Will definitely be booking for my next trip!

The room was very clean. The front desk staff was very nice. The free coffee in the morning in the lobby was very good. The pool being open 24 hours a day was great. Only draw back...very noisy from the freeway beside it.
