“Great Service for travellers”

As complete strangers to the area our family relied on the friendly staff at the Ramada to assist us with our tours etc. Every question was answered , the staff were friendly and very helpful. I found the situation of the hotel great for families as everything is so convenient , Disneyland is across the road , food outlets next door. Gardenwalk is 5 min walk away.

“Great location for Disney Land.”

Hotel was situated walking distance to Disney Land. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic.The Cheese Cake Factory a few doors up the street. Also plenty of takeaways. ABC Store across the street. Handy for personal stuff. Also stocks lots of t shirts, cheap. A mile down the road to Target and approxximately $60 taxi ride up to the Citadel Outlet, worth the look. Close to train station by taxi.

“Ideal family hotel”

We have two daughters 1 yr and 4.5yrs and found this hotel was perfectly suited to our families needs. It was in walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and due to only being a 10 to 15 min walk, we never required the use of a transit bus and as the surrounding area was so lovely and there were always plenty of people around, even at 1130 pm we felt safe enough to walk. We also liked the fact that it was far enough away that we didnt have the noise and people that hotels situated closer to the park may have had to endure. The hotel was close to most imenities including restaurants, service station, bus stops, fast food outlets, hire cars and a short taxi ride to shopping malls. I found the staff to be courteous and friendly and always willing to assist with our needs. The rooms were clean and spacious, our eldest daughter enjoyed the swimming pool and the free basement parking was a bonus. The only disappointment at this hotel was the breakfast, which was very basic and very limited, never changing during the week in which we stayed, and without any healthy options. Overall I would definately recommend this hotel to any family who has the same needs, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

“Great for families”

We were VERY satisfied. The room was spacious (2 adults, 14 y/o & 11 y/o) and quite clean. The room had a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot. There were plenty of towels and the comfortable beds even had down comforters. Parking was free too. Hotel is located an easy walk to Disneyland's main gate. There is a Subway Sandwich, Chinese and Mexican takeout restaurants on the corner. From 7-10 am, they serve full buffet breakfast- scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage, pancakes, toast, coffee, juice, milk, cereal, etc. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no variety in the breakfast but it was free so we can't complain. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff made a point of greeting us every time we walked by. Overall, we would definitely recommend the hotel and will probably stay there again.

great family-friendly hotel, free parking and breakfast made things easier. parks are just a few blocks walking, and the staff was very helpful. very clean and comfortable for my husband, myself, and our two year old. would definitely stay here next time!!

“Filthy Restaurant”

The hotel restaurant is filthy. The cart used to collect the dishes is gross and has perhaps never been washed. There is dried in food all over it. It should be dumped. The dispenser used for juice is one used by sports teams and is filthy. The cups had chips and worse still lipstick. The breakfast food itself was bad and the management kept harassing about coupons, as if someone would want to sneak in there for a free breakfast. There was a real bad smell in the room bathroom. Like a sewage smell when we flushed.

“Convenient Location”

Booked this hotel based on the reviews. The free breakfast was a bonus. We had some issues with the plumbing. Had to call the Front Desk 3x before they finally moved us to a new room. It was inconvenient to pack up all our stuff and move, but we were just happy to have a working toilet! Front desk staff was always very friendly. Based on price and location, I would recommend this hotel to others.

“Nice Accomodations”

You can only get here traveling west. I missed it the first time and had to circle the block to get back. Very helpful staff. There are restaurants within walking distance. I also walked to the convention center. Good overall experience.
