“Will go back next time!!”

Had a great experience at this hotel. staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was only a short walk to disneyland. I will be going back to this hotel the next time we go to Disneyland.

“Portofino Inn & Suites....great location!”

This hotel is in a great location, it is only a short 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, California Adventures, and Downtown Disney. There are fast food restaurants nearby, and also nicer sit-down restaurants. Anaheim Gardenwalk is within walking distance as well. The hotel staff was friendly. Our room was clean. The property is well maintained. Parking and internet is free (this is always important when we decide where to stay). The only problem we had was with the AC in our room, it didn't seem to work really well...it would mostly blow warm/hot air even if we had set it to below 70 degrees F. We pretty much just left the AC off the rest of the time. We would definitely consider this hotel again for our next visit to the parks.

Area recommendations

Westminster, Garden Grove, Santa Ana if you are looking to eat Vietnamese food and buy Asian Groceries and etc.

“Perfect for families, close to DL”

Great location, very professional. We had a problem with our room upon check in. We informed the front desk and within a couple of minutes, they moved us to a different room and gave us a discount - very professional and very apologetic.

“Will stay here again”

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The exterior is beautiful. The interior is a little worn but clean. The beds were comfortable. The only downfall was that we could here our neighbors next to us and above us. Putting all that aside, we would most likely stay here again. The location was perfect.

“Met my expectations”

We stayed in a kids suite with our 2 young boys. You can imagine the amount of crumbs and the mess little ones can make and the room was cleaned daily to meet my satisfaction. Couldn't beat the price of this 2 bedroom suite and we even used their portable crib. Worked out great!

“Will not stay here again”

The pictures do not show the true condition of this hotel. I can not believe they do not serve breakfast. This hotel is 2 blocks away from Disneyland entrance. I would not take a shower at this hotel - grossed out. The granite around the sink had not been cleaned. It had hard water stains and behind the sink, immediately under the mirror there were coffee stains. This indicates to me that that area had not been wiped with a proper cleaner since we had not used coffee at the hotel. It looks like the hotel has been remodeled, but whoever did it did an awful job. The hotel staff was polite and very helpful.
