We grilled out on the large back deck overlooking the river and the bed was so comfortable. Two sofas in the living room allowed for us to lounge and watch tv and read. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay"

"Glad we decided to stay here when dropping my sim off at his new apartment. The sunset was beautiful through the oaks. The entrance area a well manicured and lit at night, stunning. The space is clean and comfortable. The hot water is hot and the bed comfortable. Be ready to climb stairs. They aren’t steep but there is quite a few…what would you expect from a penthouse? "This is a very clean and quiet home. The fenced in yard was great for our little dog Max. Close to town if you feel the need. The owner was very nice and responsive. We came to see Loretta Lynn's ranch which is a short drive away and had a late breakfast at Carol's Restaurant in Waverly. We enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you!"

"This was a beautiful property. It was nicely decorated with plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. This was the perfect property to stay in while in town for a wedding. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice fire pit area due to limited time, but we would love to stay here again. "This little place is worth the 20 min. drive you'll make to grocery stores. A gathering of three homes around a green space. A home so comfortable it feels like you're visiting your grandma or some other dear relative. Super-easy access, friendly and helpful host. "Overall the cabin was wonderful. We did see the occasional water bug, ants and so on but that is to be expected. The king bed was really nice. "We absolutely loved this property! We felt right at home. Very cozy! Wifi worked great and the tvs had all streaming devices. The cabin was very clean and equipped with all that we needed. It was far enough away from other properties and nearby camps were quiet. Maria was quick to respond and was very accommodating.
