First off we had nothing but trouble with our room key cards. We had to have them reset every time we left our room. The common areas were dirty (lobby, elevators, entrance). The parking for this facility is a joke. Not enough spaces, very tight spaces, and the method used for paying was not very user friendly. The staff was unprofessional and unkept. The waterpark is very small and the number of people utilizing the facility made it very crowded. The room was adequate, but seemed a little high priced for what we got. The place gets overrun with families and unsupervised children. The most startling thing (and this is in no way the hotels doing) was a 12-13 year old boy who got on the elevator with me, was clearly using drugs or had been drinking…seriously, where are the parents. I’d stir clear of this place if you’re looking for a family friendly, clean, well managed property.

There was a cockroach infestation in our room 412 two nights ago so we left and have yet to hear from management. The floors were very visible dirty. We’re expecting at least a full refund.

Accusing a hotel of having Cockroach is an extremely serious accusation that we take very seriously. Prior to the stay in question, this room had zero reports of Cockroach. After the stay, this room had zero reports of Cockroach. We have an extensive housekeeping protocol to search for any crawling insects such as cockroach after every single stay.We have a 3rd party company that is the standard bearer in the hospitality industry that checks our hotel every month for this issue. We also proactively treat for any pests every month.Our housekeeping team does a great job managing this process and has the scores to reflect this.We empathize with the perception you had of your stay...but to throw this accusation out in a review is not fair to our team or to the efforts we take every day to ensure our guests have a nice stay.

Need update. Staff friendly. Not easy access since the train tracks cross next to the place. But the things that I don’t like at all was they offer shuttle to the airport, and they said “ just during working hours?!” Since my flight was as so early in the morning I need to call a cab. So, not good for “airport stop” .

The family room was truly a family room. We need motels with more rooms large enough for a family with 4 and 5 kids. Everyone had a bed no sleeping on floor. Would definitely go back

Great location, cute waterpark for kids, pretty cheap parking. The hotel itself seemed nice however, when I went to use the hot tubs, they were about to close them for three hours to do maintenance checks which is totally fine but I think a heads up at check in or a message sent out (similar to how they do check in messages) would have been nice. My one complaint is the cleanliness of the room was not up to par with what should have been the standard for this level of hotel. There was stuff on the ground (crumbs?) and the areas that had trashcans had spill marks on them as if someone had thrown away a coffee and it splashed onto the walls. I ended up taking a cleaning wipe and wiping the room down myself. Also, my door seemed to be crooked on the hinges and while that didn't affect the closing/opening of the door, I could visibly see through the gap in the top so someone coulld have used a tool to unlock my door. Rm 241 if management sees these reviews at all.

The building had damages throughout. The pool water was ice cold. The slide and water park water was also ice cold. The bathroom had hair inside and the toilet was clogged upon arrival. There was a hidden $50 fee for parking. There was no breakfast included in the cost of the room.

My stay was great, beds were comfortable, but Allie made my whole stay worth while! She always helped me with my requests and questions and always had a contagious positive vibe that let me know everything would be ok! Or she would make it that way! She seems to run the show there and does an impeccable job! Thanks Allie for always having the customer first attitude and just being an awesome lady! Property was great but the hot tub wasn’t working. Long lines for the elevator were challenging. Nice comfortable beds and a good night sleep! Plenty of space in my room.

My only complaint was that we booked and paid for a room almost a month in advance but when we arrived at the hotel we were told our booking had been cancelled and they were “sold out” due to it being spring break for the area. In the end, they found us a different room for the same hotel. The staff was courteous and very helpful and the room was beautiful. Unfortunately we chose not to check out the water park which was quite busy with young children.

Small parking lot you must pay $15 to use but not everyone pays so you may not get a parking place if you return again (good for 24 hours) The spaces are even smaller than a Target Parking space-you decide if you want to open the driver’s side door or the passengers door before you get out. When you return you may not be able to get in at all-hopefully you have a cargo door to go thru! I had to park along the street in an isolated area until I could find a place after 11pm. I’m handicapped so walking that far almost did me in..lol. When we left in the morning our van was unlocked (I had witnesses that I remotely locked it but didn’t know until now there are devices that can unlock your vehicle if they (the thieves) are waiting for you in the lot) They rifled thru my glove box and I’m sure I’m paying for stolen credit cards on the dark web soon. So bring your patience-this was on a Wednesday with an event at the CHI center so crazy busy. No parking near any restaurants down there so I gave up.

The people in the room above us seemed to be roller skating all night and when I called the front desk they said they had no one else on staff to take care of any issues but I could go to the room and ask them to keep it down myself. The television in the bedroom also would not get off the religious Channel despite power cycling everything and the front desk also said that there was nothing they could do about it. No smart tv in the room so we were stuck with this for 3 days.

Hotel is located close to everything downtown. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately it was quite loud with the cars from the street and the people above us both nights were quite loud. There isnt much sound proofing and you hear everyone in rooms around you, outside, and halls. Hotel tried and were very nice and overall helpful but was unsuccessful in keeping the above room settled down. Hot tub wasnt spectacularly hot but was adiquit. Definitely dont recommend staying if youre not taking kids because of the water park there are tons of kiddos having funning which is great but not great for relaxing in the hot tub. However if your taking.kids and some noise doesnt bother you this place is great.

The room was dirty and the floor between the bathroom and the carpet was torn and nails were showing. Stepped on nail when going to the restroom late at night that punchered my foot.

Very clean and modern rooms. Waterpark area was recently updated but while we were there the hot tub wasnt working and there was no prior notification to this. Also the temperature in the water park area was pretty cool and very limited seating. Rooms were very spacious but unfortunately there were limited portable cribs available and no roll aways so plan accordingly.
