Friendly, courteous staff at front desk, and cleaning staff. We arrived late evening, yet were met at the desk by a very helpful and knowledgeable clerk.

Was traveling for the first time with my 7 month old daughter to visit family in the NYC area. I thought that having the kitchen would be helpful to my wife and myself when it came to feeding time and it was. The staff was freindly and helpful. The location made traveling to the city easy. Will consider staying at this hotel when travel to the area in the future.

“Crossroads to the Tri State”

Everything was great for relaxing and housekeeping. Laundry & excersize room were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was very attentive when needed. Full kitchen and Costco right next door made a very comfortable stay. Clean & quiet over all.

This place has it all, on site laundry FREE(all you pay for is detergent), a free gym, a propane grill outside for use , a gazebo, free movie rentals, a kitchen, stove,(pots, pans, utensils all incl.) full size fridge with working ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. clean and well organized, the staff are very nice, great location(near shopping). Only one gripe, and that is the fact that where the carpet meets the laminate flooring they didn't cover the tack strip that holds the carpet down, so you step on it, doesn't puncture your skin, but it is uncomfortable to step on. Bottom Line: If you go to Nanuet,NY stay here you wont be sorry.

i enjoyed this hotel, except for the advertisment of a complimentary shuttle, which upon arrival we were told it was only for business workers and only available mon-fri. other than that the hotel was reasonably priced and close to everything.
