We stayed 4 nights . Clean, good breakfast choices. Only thing , our room was only cleaned once, always had to ask for extra towels . I could have stayed in an ABB . I wanted to be waited on for our 40th anniversary trip. And we had to leave one day early for a family emergency and no one said anything when we left, no thank you for staying.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean. Easy location to get to and lots of parking. I was a bit disappointed that the hot tub was not functioning but the indoor pool area was good. I would stay there again however next time I will request a room not facing the street. The traffic noise was loud making it difficult to sleep. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall good place to stay.

We loved this hotel! The room was new and modern, lots of room, very quiet (no paper thin walls), and the Beds were very comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and kept well stocked the entire time. The pool area was also very nice. Would definitely choose this hotel again when back in the area.

Ants in the sink when we arrived, and found throughout our two night stay. Very noisy. Large piece of plaster missing from wall behind bed. Not the worst in the world by any stretch, and mostly a comfortable stay, but be prepared for a little more neglect than most of this chain, in my experience.

Breakfast was great! Lobby looked very nice. Rooms were nice. I like the Dove soap & lotion provided in the bathroom. But we specifically booked this hotel for indoor pool so our son could swim in the winter. The pool was too cold to swim so our son was very disappointed ☹️ The hot tub was warm but not hot & we could see “stuff floating in it” so it was not clean. Brewery next door (Rusty Bull) was very good.

We arrived at 11 pm and had to wait one hour to get our rooms. The hotel was half empty and they couldn’t figure out with rooms were empty or and not in restauración. We had two rooms and the restauración noise began early in the morning. 10:00 am sharp the breakfast service closed the doors without even advice customers few minutes before. We stayed two days and the second day nobody change towels neither made the beds.
