It was conveniently located. The person who checked me in was very unfriendly and would barely even speak, the sink had some dirty waxy substance in it and the shower also was not clean, the sheets had red stains on them, the pillows inside the pillowcases were dingy, the people in the next room were fighting, yelling, cussing and fighting

I’m very disappointed. We paid for our room with the insurance, & they locked the building before we got there & then they would not let us in to get to our room for the night. We ended up having to find another motel & staying there instead & had to pay for a new motel & so we got treated badly by the original placed we booked, & we even bought the insurance.

The room wasnt clean. I'm unsure if they changed the sheets kn the mattress. I say matress becuase its not on a frame. Broken glass jn the drawer and on the floor. Trash in the nightstand. Cigarette butts in the trash. I guess you get what you pay for. It was $52.00 I guess I should be happy for four walls and a roof.

This place was the worst!!! and the front desk guy was rude!!! Sitting on the bed you could feel the metal frame and all the springs so uncomfortable the bed sunk in so bad like ridiculous and the shower handle was falling off when we went to the front no one was there and hey wouldn’t answer the phone the water in the shower couldn't be adjusted so it was so hot and uncomfortable it had a nasty stench to it and when we told them in the morning they just said ok in a rishing manner like in other words o well so dont stay here ever oay the extra few dollars!!!!

The front desk guy wasn’t very inviting. He was rude , very unhelpful when it came to honoring the price quote we had received online. We were not given the Wi-Fi information. There was one other guest staying at the motel but we were given a filthy room. No I do not recommend this motel unfortunately.

Worst staff I’ve ever interacted with. The night shift guy, said his name was Mark is the worst person to talk to. I left that property without staying there and booked somewhere else. Don’t go here

Took 3 hours to answer door it was freezing and raining and after last hotel I had to walk from and almost die in coos bay from stealing my money my dad sent money to cover this room.. I did not get checked into a room and I am so sick it's unreal. The gas station,library and other people witnessed.. the owner truly took my money off my account visibility three times and kept Saying it was declined.. I have proof on my bank statement it was not. I have been calling bank for money back but the hotel I never stayed at still keel using my card and charging me. I am now negative I will never book with Expedia again ever . I want and need my money backij am dying.

Read the reviews but decided to see what the fuss was all about, git to the motel, there was a sign stating call this number to get a room. So i called the guy that answered, says hello i stated im at the office for my reservation he said he wouldbe there in a hour im like excuse me he said he was on his lunch break. I was mad i called the place that i booked though and explained what was going on, now they are looking into trying to get my money back. Ive stayed here in the past but will never go again. I dont know how the ever are on hotels.com sute they need removed

High class trap house
We were very disappointed. Blood on towel, stains on sheets. Hair in bed. Everything was cheap and junky. Overall I would not recommend to anyone unless trap house vibes are their thing.

They gave away our reserved room and tried to charge us $25 more for a different room. The room we finally got had brown, feces-looking fingerprint streaks on the bathroom wall, no chair, a broken bed frame, pillowcases that looked like they hadn’t been changed since last slept on, dirt and cobwebs on the vents and ceiling light fixture, spotty WiFi…this is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. The person who checked us in was visibly displeased with us for contacting Expedia about them raising the rate on us.

Upon arrival no one was at lobby. Customer service was nice but reception did not know some of the English terms when communicating. Room smelled, walls dirty, bed seemed broken and no screen on windows (room facing street). Booked this room on a whim as we needed an unexpected stay. Had a knock at 10:30am from a man asking if we would be extending stay and when replied not rudely stated check out was at 11 ( which we already knew). I’ve never stayed at a location where I get knocks on my door for check out status.

Expedia.com said. I owe a specific amount on-site. Arrived at motel and i was told that I owe them 30 more. The person at the front desk said it was a 30 city tax. Talked to the morning person an she said that the Expedia.com site overbooked the rooms and that they never had any rooms for the expedia.com price. Got into the room and the coffee pot had old coffee grounds in it. Later in the night we found out that the heater would not work. We also found a empty yogurt container behind the bed side table. I would not recommend this place. Feel like i was ripped off at so many levels.

I was quoted a total price of $71.26 when I booked on Expedia but was charged exactly $100 at the motel. The guy at Reception said the higher price was due to a $20 state hotel tax. No Wi-Fi reception in the room.

We got the hotel by 9:20 pm and the hotel office closed at 8:00 pm. When my husband called the hotel staff, no one answered the phone. When I called the hotel staff, a lady said she called me and she didn’t reach me by phone. However my phone didn’t show her call. She said she would not charge me because of no show. So I didn’t stay in the hotel and had to stay in motel 6 nearby last night.

Very dirty room, had no towels of any kind available in room!. Bed comforters look as hadnt been washed in months. Coffee maker in room but no coffee available to use. Office closed at 9pm and did not answer phone for any service. Very disturbing motel wont be returning.
