"I had my handicap mother with me, and you all honored our request for an accessible room. It was perfect and very close to the elevator...we so appreciate that! The room was clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! The beach view was cool...we had a side partial view, but it was nice! The restaurant and Starbucks are so convenient!!"

"Excellent service, super clean, good sized rooms, fabulous view of ocean and boardwalk from balcony and efficient and reasonably priced valet service and pet fee. Walk to all amenities. Free breakfast was ok but would have been nice to have regular bacon and non powdered scrambled eggs."

"We requested and paid for an ocean front king suite. We recieved a city view balcony regular room. In the room there was broken furniture, bed that was far beyond replacement. No soap in the dispenser asked for more towels multiple days. Recieved none. Upon leaving one night. Saw a three inch cockroach running across the hallway. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be returning to aqua vista resorts."
