"Room was prepaid thru Expedia but when we arrived they did not have a room for us. We were told unexpectedly some rooms went down and the hotel was full so they did not have a room for us. At 10:30 pm the manager began to look for an alternative hotel despite other guests checking in while we waited. Eventually 30 mins later they said good news someone else cancelled so we can stay! If I had known that Expedia bookings were treated as a lower priority not guaranteed I would not have booked thru Expedia. Very dissapointing"

"This is a budget-friendly option if you’re looking for a low-cost stay, but cleanliness and maintenance need significant improvement. When I arrived, I had to clean the room myself. I mopped the floor multiple times, and it continued to come up dirty. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and there was a strong sewer-like odor in the room. I also believe the air conditioning filters have not been cleaned in a very long time, as a bad smell came from the unit whenever it was running. After I thoroughly cleaned the room myself, my stay was acceptable. On the positive side, I did not see any insects during my stay, which I was very thankful for. However, the common areas were also in poor condition. The hallways were very dirty, and the carpet throughout the building appeared extremely dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay, but management should invest much more effort in cleaning and maintenance."

"I had a very good experience. Here we ran into one problem where the toilet in our room some kind of way went out, and they immediately fixed it and put us in a different room no hassle whatsoever very friendly staff in the property was well kept we enjoyed all of the amenities the pool, & breakfast."

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."
