"The room was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, stained up, had people's hair on it. The pillows were the cheapest you could buy. The toilet was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. The floors in the bathroom needs repairs. The walls were dirty and you could see stains and build up on them and also needs repairs. The A/C needs repairs, it doesn't work that well. There was a bag of trash spilling over on the sidewalk outside in front of my room all night and was still there the next morning. I told them about it within an hr of me being there, nothing done about it. The guy at the front desk was dirty and stunk, to the point that their lobby stunk also. I don't recommend this hotel. Your wasting your money. Pay a little more and get something better."

"Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property from 6/6 to 6/8 (Account #1049128070). I was traveling under incredibly difficult circumstances to attend a family funeral, and the poor condition of your hotel only added unnecessary stress to an already trying time. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property due to several significant issues regarding safety, cleanliness, and service: Safety Hazards: I noticed that pieces of the ceiling directly above the pool area were visibly flaking and falling off. Lack of Cleanliness & Maintenance: There was active mold growing on my room's window sill. Furthermore, the in-room telephone clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time, as it was covered in debris. Noise Disruptions: The guest room doors are so heavily weighted that they slam violently every time someone enters or exits. This constant slamming made it impossible to get a peaceful night's rest or to sleep in. Poor Communication: The hours for the continental breakfast were changed without notice, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience in the morning. Given these sub-par conditions, I am requesting a partial refund for the nights spent at your establishment. I trust that you will take immediate steps to address these maintenance & housekeeping failures so future guests do not have the same experience. "There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere."

"I spent two nights at the hotel while attending hours and a funeral. I had read the reviews and won’t suggest I wasn’t a little concerned about my stay. Having just returned from the two nights stay I will offer the following: The staff is kind and attentive. The guestroom and bathroom were immaculately clean! I found the bed to be quite comfortable and I slept well. It is true that the hotel is somewhat dated, particularly with the furnishings in the guest rooms. If you are like me, and you pretty much only spend the evenings in your hotel to get a good nights sleep, then I would suggest this is a solid option! If you are looking for up-to-date amenities, you might want to reconsider. But I will again suggest that the place was immaculately clean, and that means a lot to me."
