Staff seems to really dislike bookings from Expedia. Almost every staff member mentioned bad things about me using Expedia. Last time the staff was extremely rude when they didn’t have our reservation for the two nights we booked and blamed it on Expedia. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Extremely short with all the customers.

We stayed in a cliffside room. I thought when I made the reservation that it said there were 2 queen beds but they were fulls. There were dead bugs inside the sliding glass door. I dropped my earbuds and had to get down on the floor to retrieve them from underneath the night side table. The door that was between rooms was flimsy and we could hear everything that the other guests said until very late at night. We had to tirn the fan on high to drown out the noise so we could sleep. There was cereal under there that wasn't from us . Check in and check out were both very long processes even though I had prepaid for our stay.

I was not very happy with the man that checked us in, and out. He seemed out of it. Did not know much information about credit cards, and i am worried that i have been over charged

Choose any other springs than this. Joey and the pool bartender were the only highlights for our 2nd venture here. The $65 and One Cash proved I should have just chosen the Super 8 for free. Highly overpriced, all other staffers were there reluctantly if not out right rude, tv never worked which doesn't make sense when the soaking hrs are 9am-9pm with check out at 11, and worse, had to wait for someone to deliver TOILET paper- which is DEFINITELY not the ideal time in order to wait for it. We skipped the restaurant altogether because of the disaster we experienced last time. Whoever the CEO or property manager is needs to be replaced or degreed in hospitality. It's not about the employees, staff or even the clients' experience - it's only about making money. Resort? I guarantee it is not. Consider yourself warned.

I was expecting a resort experience for the price I paid. This was NOT. The room was no better than a motel room. The bed sank in the middle and the sheets didn't fit the bed. It was very uncomfortable. The was no WIFI in the room. The shower had an inch wide trickle of water. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The carpet needed to be steam cleaned. The only place to sit in the room was a pull out couch that was very uncomfortable. The pools were also very disappointing. Although the pools were warm they were just large swimming pools. No variety of temperatures. No benches along the sides. Definitely not worth the money.

Remarkable, beautiful creek side room with dual sided fireplace. Super romantic. Hot springs clean, organized, and refreshing. Meals were delicious, and fresh. Absolutely worth your time and money. Leave refreshed.

All interactions with people who work there are pleasant. They are all helpful and accommodating. We stayed at the cliff side. The room was relatively new, clean and has lots of space. It would have been perfect if not for the people next door, being rowdy until 2-3 in the morning. We did not call the office and complaint, we should have. Anyway thank you MtPrinceton for such outstanding services. Tim

We apologize for not having the room you booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, because the reservation was made on the same day as the stay, it had not been integrated into our system. The integration of reservations can take some time. We were at full occupancy when you checked in and could not accommodate a Hillside room. The Lodge room you were placed in, however is an upgrade in our system. If you decide to stay with us again in the future, feel free to book with us directly through our website mtprinceton.com or over the phone at (719) 395-2447. We can guarantee a room type and most likely get you a better deal as well.

The cabin was a good space for a family of 4 for a weekend getaway. Would have liked more and improved kitchen utensils and pans. Long wait for front desk to checkin & checkout but the staff was very friendly. Beautiful area!

Hot springs were nice and we enjoyed the different temperatures. We were glad to have the family pool so our son could enjoy. We do recommend updating the Hillside rooms and bringing more food options. The restaurant was limited in selection and very expensive.

This was our first time at the hot springs resort, and we loved it. Lots of spaces to bathe and relax in varying water temperatures. The only problem we encountered is there was no hot water when we took a shower. Otherwise it was a great visit.

We come to this place for the hot springs! If you are coming to this resort to feel welcome this is not the place. Reservation got completely messed up no rooms available when we arrived and they only had bad things to say about Expedia yet they had our reservations book. Could not accommodate us for the two nights we book. With insult to injury we were left high and dry to figure out the second night with extremely mean staff members! Other than that the spa was absolutely amazing!

The hot springs are amazing. It is the best part of the resort. We stayed in one of the cabins this time and it was ok. Wifi was in and out no room service, had to call multiple times to get towels and have them check the WiFi. The cabins are very noisy, especially if you’re at the bottom, you can hear everything. Restostaffvwas great, food was good.

Pros: The resort is wonderful ! Multiple pools to relax and take in the majestic scenery. Staff friendly and responsive to needs. Cons: The check-in process was a bit chaotic, no bath towels in room, sliding glass door was dirty and streaked, metal shower handle was broken.
