The building seems to be outdated, with old infrastructure and the finishing might have been done in a rush. Poor security in common areas, drains and ac not working at full capacity. There is a charge for parking that expedia does not disclose at the moment of your booking. Terrible experience.

Everything was good only ad should not claim near broadway as it is 17 blocks to reach activities. I stayed there to be within normal walking distance. Another surprise was the required valet parking 47 a night.

So much construction in and around the hotel. Parking is an additional $42 tax per night, $40 tax pet fee per night, breakfast was awful and housekeeping was on request. No hospitality!

Didn’t allow early check in on a Wednesday at 2:00. Kept saying no room was ready to all early guest instead of just saying they didn’t allow early check in. Then at 3 when multiple guest were waiting for their room they had a shift change with the staff. Our room was not cleaned in the 4 days we stayed. Staff never came by and updated towel, take out trash, nothing. Everyone was nice, a decent location, and decent breakfast but could have used a little more service all around.
