Dear Guest, We are sorry you found our little bed and breakfast disappointing. As I showed you we are listed as a b&b not as an hotel and we are located in the very hearth of the historical center. We told you that we are in a strictly pedestrian zone but you came with your car! We took you to our garage. There is no lift for people but only for the luggage but you refused to put your luggage in it. We changed your linens after three days as for Italian law. You took lot of people on your room, everyday I’m in spite of our warning to you that this is not allowed by the Italian law. You had available the kitchenette whose products you consumed completely, every day. We are always available for our guests with a simple phone call but you said that no one in your family had a cell phone. Last, but not least, you booked and paid for two people but for 5 days your husband was there as a third guest and we waived the payment. So I think your review is ingenerous and unfair Barbara

Thank you for your review, we are glad that you appreciated our room and location and your feedback is very important to help us to improve our job.Just would like to focus on some points that do not seem to be completely correct.We clean the rooms and the structure daily, and change towels every 3 days (in order to reduce pollution impact) but whenever the guests put the towels on the floor we always change them.We must note that sometimes you also asked to our employer not to clean your room, so ni this respect your review is a bit baffling for us.Regarding the safe box issue, if properly used it never get stuck, full instructions are printed on it.We allow our employer to help guests if the have a problem with their safe, first of all because we totallyly trust their honesty, secondly because common areas are under video surveillance so every access to each room are under control and so is the place where the keys are stored. Last but not least because if you have a flight back home and you need your stuff locked in the safe, you should need a fast help.During your stay you sent messages asking for suggestions and even for support to buy tickets for the Napoli football match, and we always replay instantly. So we really can't understand why you did not text us to complain about the cleaning services or the lack of toilet paper.Our online pages are very detailed, and it it clearly indicated that the (common) kitchenette in not inside each room and that it is equipped with modern coffee machine, kettle service, fridge, microwave oven, dishes, cups etc, that our guest can use for free.We will certainly put more attention on the points youo. indicated trying to get the stays of our guests as comfortable as possible.
