“Discovering the Wine Country at its best”

We travelled the Wine Country several times. This was by far the best hotel in the Calistoga area. The hotel has a beautiful setting and great Spa treatments. Last but not least, we enjoyed the complementary rides with the Mercedes convertible.

“Great stay for a couple”

Wonderful for a couple of nights or a full week. Fantastic place to stay in Napa Valley.

“Great Resort”

This a great resort. The swimming pool is one of the best in Northern California. The staff is the best.

The room was beautiful and the meals were excellent. Focus on customer service.

“Totally pampering”

Beautiful and central location to the town and wineries. Each room comes with two bike and it is easy to bike to town and many wineries. Resort is very well maintained and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are very clean.

“Great gettaway”

While Solage is a bit pricey, the level of service and services make it feel almost reasonable. The bungalows and location are great as well as the food at SolBar but what stood out were the super nice and helpful staff that went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Thanks.

“Wish we could have stayed longer”

Solage is a wonderful resort. Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings. It was nice to wake up and walk on to our veranda and see the steam rising off the pool in the early morning sunlight. The only disappointment with the room was the concrete floor. It was cold on bare feet, and the rubber soled slippers Solage provided made horrible noise on the concrete. Everything else was truly enjoyable. The bar and restaurant are top-notch.

“Loved it”

We went as a getaway from the baby and loved it. Great hotel, room was spacious and very private, food at restuarant was excellent, staff were nice. We loved the location north on the Silverado trail and the charming town.

“Expensive, but worth it.”

Solage is a great hotel if you can afford it. Rooms are individual cottages with very modern, but comfortable decor/furniture. The hotel is walking distance to downtown Calistoga (5-10 minutes), and you also get 2 cruiser bikes to use during your stay. Very nice Pool area, olympic size with a separate pool for kids. Hotel offers great exercise classes (Yoga, Spinning, Swimming, etc.)

“Great retreat!”

Wow what a nice place, very new and modern but also very "green". Free bikes to ride around the resort and into town. Rooms are mini duplexes very quite. Breakfast was great but a little pricey. Wife want to go back next year for our 40th wedding anniversary and we probably will.
