"This is a great hotel for surfers. Hajodae has waves right across from El Mar. Jukdo is close. Yangyang area is the better surfing beach area of Korea. This hotel is not for someone looking for Hilton or Hyatt style places. It is minimal but comfortable enough. I would stay here again. "

"The rooms are on the small side, but have everything you need! Super clean, and the staff was friendly too! Would recommend this hotel! There's also a convenience store on the first floor, so that was helpful. I stayed here the night before I needed to go to the airport in the morning, and had no trouble getting a taxi from the hotel to the airport (using kakao taxi). "Very nice resort by the beach. Extremely dog friendly for those who bring their k9 pals everywhere. Checkin/check out were very smooth. Everyone was very nice. Only drawback is there is no “room service”. There’s a couple of items you can order that is from one of the restaurants. So if you’re have a late night out and are hungry, better to stop somewhere and bring it to your room. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay. "
