"There were several issues with our stay at the hotel: 1. The bed was too soft and sank in the middle. 2. The pillows were terrible. Worse than $6 Walmart pillows. Should be replaced immediately. 3. The window in the room was filthy dirty. There was a film on the window that had built up my not cleaning it. 4. After a long days journey, the lady at the counter was not welcoming or friendly. It was all business. 5. The gravy for the biscuits was watery. The worst biscuits and gravy ever."

"Pool Was closed and didn’t have anything pre posted online to warn guests. We learned upon arrival and have kid’s that we travel with. The pool is what we booked for and was disappointed it was closed. It was full of debris so they knew they had no plans to open it for the season and should list that to the booking sites and main web site."

"Rooms are nice, bathrooms/shower is small.. biggest issue is that they charge you $8 a night for overnight parking lot fee that your not aware of.. probly won’t be a big deal to most people but hidden charges they don’t make you aware of when you book are a peeve to me especially petty fees like this one"
