“friendly high standard hotel”

carlos 111 was extremely well located. Staff were friendly and spoke good english. Staff also very honest as i left my purse, cards, money etc in the desk drawerafter checking out and all was in tact when we collected it hours later. Would definitely stay there again.

“Excellent location and very friendly”

Everything was fine, the receptionists were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean with an excellent bathroom, there was no noise, the hotel is very good value for money and Cartagena offers many attractions.

“Shall visit again and have recommended already.”

The hotel was clean and bright, lovely modern decor and colours. We had everything we needed in our clean and comfy room. Lovely and quiet too.The bar and restaurant at the hotel is very clean, friendly and had a good basic Spanish menu. The coffee was delicious. Dont hesitate in booking.

“Sercotel Carlos 111 review”

Hotel was easy to find. It was clean and well presented. Breakfast was good value as was the range of food on offer. The staff were very helpful and organised our taxi to the airport.
